RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Stone Creek Hounds and Hunting Supplies, we stand behind our money back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product for a full refund or exchange.
To return your product just follow the simple steps below.
1 Send the unused product to us in its original packaging (if applicable) within 90 days. Please include your sales receipt and a contact phone number.
2 Tell us in writing exactly what is wrong with your product and explain what you are looking for. Please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange. Once you have shipped the item, please call us at 814-627-2316 to notify us that the product is on its way back.
3 Once we receive the product we will issue an exchange or refund, which ever you prefer. Shipping is nonrefundable unless the product is defective. If the product is not defective and you wish to exchange, please include a check or money order for shipping the new item back to you. The shipping cost is listed on you original sales receipt.
Specialty Item Refunds
If the product is a special order or has a personalized name plate attached to it, the product is nonreturnable unless it is defective or we were at fault.
