Jacket is non-insulated to help keep you cool on those warm days but still provides you with protection you need in the outdoors. Jacket comes with a hood to keep you dry on rainy days. Sizing Tips: 
To deterime your chest size measure around the thickest part of your upper body. The thickest part varies from induvial maybe your chest or your belly depending on your body type.
 
For your sleeve length measure from middle of your neck down your arm to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.
